Honestly, so long as the core trio work well - preferably with plenty of stuns to make her sustain-job easier - you can get away with having the ANT there, regardless of whether she compliments them or not. I definitely wouldn't take a GR just to have her throw Blight Darts when she has Lunge and TDagger on the table. Having said all that, you could probably make ANT-PD-ABM-SHB work, but it's not how I'd go about it. An ShB would rather be Piercing, and an ABM would be better served stunning. GR is not a great dedicated blighter when considering the rest of her kit. PD is a force all by herself and doesn't really need help.
